Last week we gave you an insight into Shrink Sleeves division and this week we are shining the spotlight on our Contract Sleeving service.
Since our formation 28 years ago, Watershed Packaging has become one of the prominent suppliers of Flexible Printed Packaging. Producing Flexible Packaging such as Shrink Sleeves, Flexible Packaging, Die Cut Lids, Labels and Printed Tape. We also sell end of line Packaging Machinery. In 2012 we launched our Shrink Sleeves division enabling us to supply Shrink Sleeve Labels and Shrink Sleeve Machinery worldwide!
What is Contract Sleeving?
In addition to being a Shrink Sleeves supplier and Shrink Sleeve Machinery supplier, we also provide a Contract Sleeving service. Contract Sleeving is where we print and apply your Shrink Sleeves onto any container or bottle that you provide, or we can source the bottles for you.
How does Contract Sleeving work?
We apply Shrink Sleeves with our automatic Shrink Sleeve machine onto bottles/containers in-house at our Leeds production facility. The Shrink Sleeves can be applied individually or in combination with a fully body application. The basic information that we need to know to start your project is the amount of bottles, bottle type and bottle material, our team will handle the rest and get back to you with a competitive quote.
What types of Shrink Sleeves can Watershed Packaging apply?
Watershed Packaging prints high-definition full colour Shrink Sleeve Labels with specialist finishing and application to fit practically any bottle or container. We supply both UV Flexo and Offset Litho printed Sleeves to ensure the best print results and competitive pricing for all projects from start-ups to long run requirements. Our printed Shrink Sleeves offer the opportunity for both 360-degree graphics and ‘top to toe’ decoration of a product container. We supply Decorative Sleeves, Tamper-Evident Sleeves and Promotional Sleeves.
What type of Sleeve Machinery do we use to apply Sleeves?
Our Sleeve machinery enables our clients to apply Sleeves onto a wide range of container shapes and sizes. Our high quality and highly efficient Applicators apply decorative full body Sleeves or alternatively tamper evident Sleeves, onto plastic or glass containers.
Our compact, versatile, and multipurpose machines are designed to suit our customer’s specifications. Our superior technology in design and construction allow Watershed to offer either linear or rotary models. Our expertise provides maximum visual impact for your product. Our models can be modified depending on output speed and the size and shape of the container to be sleeved. We supply Shrink Sleeve Applicators, Steam Tunnels, and Infrared Electrical Heat Tunnels.
