We print and supply high quality Aluminium Foil and Polyester PET Die Cut Lids.
Watershed Packaging print PET Polyester Lids and fully recyclable Aluminium Foil Lids. We use the world’s leading high performance Flat-bed-die-cutting press to produce our Die Cut Lids and the world’s first fully automatic handling system to ensure there is minimal contact with the Aluminium or Polyester material. Our Lids are counted into stacking magazines for fast and efficient packaging. New innovative technology allows us to deep emboss without any distortion of your design.
Aluminium lids
Our Aluminium Die Cut Lidding is available in various thicknesses and sealing layers to suit a wide range of applications. Benefits include a total barrier to oxygen and water vapour transmission which allows more flexibility in the sealing process. All our Aluminium Lids are fully recyclable.
polyester pet lids
Our Polyester Die Cut Lids are available in 50 micron thicknesses with a heat seal lacquer or co-extruded sealing layer to suit a wide range of substrates. Benefits include high puncture and tear resistance, high quality print and the ability to metal detect.
Smart embossing
SMART embosser TM
Our SMART embosser TM system enables us to provide aluminium foil
recyclable Die Cut Lids without distorting our customers designs with traditional all over embossing patterns, thus enhancing print quality
and branding. The SMART embosser TM only embosses the rim of the
Lid leaving the graphics unaffected.
PRINT inspect TM
Our new inline print inspection prior to the cutting process gives 100% inspection and automatic removal of any print defects prior to packing, guaranteeing zero defects being delivered to the customer. Our 100% print and surface inspection system, anti-static equipment and web scrap system increases our efficiency and productivity.
