Steam Jet Range
Our Steam Jet Shrink Tunnels are designed to our customer’s specification. Based on speed, our single tunnel model makes conversion to sleeve decorative labelling affordable. Our tunnels help create the perfect shrink results, even on the most unique shaped containers.
Ergonomic Design
Our Steam Tunnels are ergonomically well designed with a compact footprint. Our see-through windows allow operators to continually view products through the entire shrink process. Each chamber has independent temperature controls and steam emissions are electronically controlled. All shrink parameters and settings are stored on the PLC allowing for quick and easy changeover. Condensation and excess steam are centrally drained as well as the option to have dry steam or fitted with its own steam generator.
User Friendly Design
Our PLC and electronic controls ensure minimal downtime during product changeover. The constant temperature within the chamber avoids waste when operators are on breaks or shift changeover.
